error code : -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002)

This is my 1st time playing this private server. I downloaded the Full Version (was the only option anyway) from the 1st Mirror link on the "Downloads" page. Took about an hour. Then I installed it to the default folder. I then downloaded the Game Client from the only like on the "Downloads" page. I extracted everything to the folder that the Full Version was installed to. Everything worked. I clicked on the "D.ChaosMS V83 [Non-Hamachi]" and the game opened just fine. When I get to the part of styling my character, I tried changing the hair and the game immediately closed. I tried re-opening it, and I got the following error :
"error code : -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002)", everytime I try to open the game. If I click the file that doesn't say "[Non-Hamachi]", it tells me there is a server check.

Did you download the beta files? They're more updated than the normal files. The link for the beta files: http://www.dcmsforum.net/f16-beta-files

You must get the latest revision [at this time it's 7.6], and click the [Non-Hamachi].exe to run the game.

How can fix without latest Revesion 7.6? because 7.6 aerial strike is different~
